After leaving school 25 years ago, Oliver founded a business selling high quality fresh, seasonal produce from a small warehouse in Bolton. HIs vision was simple : to supply the very best produce from around the world to chefs in hotels and restaurants throughout the UK. Over the years Oliver built up a fantastic team of passionate people to help him deliver his vision: Oliver Kay Produce now works with some of the very best growers from around the world.

Laurence Tottingham - Business Development Chef
Laurence has worked as Oliver Kay's Development chef since 2014. Laurence is on hand to assist customers with menu and dish development from snacks and starters to full dishes, desserts and cocktails. Laurence also provides training in SOSA.
Paul Leyland - Business Director
Paul joined the company in 1999.Paul is responsible for all aspects of Sales & Business within Oliver Kay Produce and is now working as part of the new team of three directors on all aspects of the business.
Petra Craven-Houghton- Marketing
Petra joined the company in 2008 and is responsible for all aspects of Marketing within Oliver Kay Produce.
Mark Greenwood - Finance Director
Mark joined the company in 2014. Mark completes the finances & collates all the group reporting for the company, as well as working as part of the new team of three directors on all aspects of the business.
