Kale, Cranberry, Carrot And Orange Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Yellow carrot Julienne
  • 1 Purple carrot Julienne
  • 1 White carrot Julienne
  • 1 Orange segmented
  • 50g Dried cranberries
  • 100g Kale no stalk, chiffonade
  • Seasoning

Method

Dice the orange segments and mix all ingredients together, correct the seasoning and serve as a great winter salad.
