Salted Caramel Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chantenay carrots
  • Pre-prepared salted caramel sauce
  • Oil

Method

In a roasting tray put the Chantenay carrots with a little oil and roast them at 180c for about 25 minutes until cooked and roasted, turning regularly.
When cooked, add the salted caramel sauce and serve.
