Beetroot Burger with cucumber and mint slaw

Ingredients 

 

  • 1 V Pud
  • 300g grated Beetroot
  • 1 tbsp. Ranch Dressing
  • Half shredded cucumber
  • 2 tbsp chiffonade of mint

 

Instructions

 

  1. Mix the beetroot and vegan black pudding together make into burgers.
  2. Mix the Ranch dressing, cucumber and mint together to make a slaw.
