
Beetroot Burger with cucumber and mint slaw

Ingredients
- 1 V Pud
- 300g grated Beetroot
- 1 tbsp. Ranch Dressing
- Half shredded cucumber
- 2 tbsp chiffonade of mint
Instructions
- Mix the beetroot and vegan black pudding together make into burgers.
- Mix the Ranch dressing, cucumber and mint together to make a slaw.
