Ingredients
- 1 kg Chantenay carrots
 - Pre-prepared salted caramel sauce
 - Oil
 
Method
                                    In a roasting tray put the Chantenay carrots with a little oil and roast them at 180c for about 25 minutes until cooked and roasted, turning regularly.                                 
                                                                
                                
                                    When cooked, add the salted caramel sauce and serve.
