Stinking Bishop (App 1.7Kg)

Stinking Bishop is said to be derived from a cheese once made by Cistercian monks in the village of Dymock, Gloucestershire. It has a sticky orange rind with a pungent and spirited aroma. It is made by the famous cheesemaker Charles Martel at his Gloucestershire farm and as the cheese matures it is washed in perry, also made on the farm.
