Red & Green Kale Crisps
Ingredients
- Red Kale, no stalk & washed
- Green Kale, no stalk & washed
Instructions
- Heat a fryer to 180c and fry the kale in batches for 10 seconds, taking care as it will spit when plunged in to the hot oil.
- Drain on to absorbent paper and place in a de-hydrator at 70c for about 10 hours to crisp up well and drain. Season with whatever you like, it works well with garlic salt, or spices.
