The team at Oliver Kay work tirelessly to keep up to date with trends in the catering industry and produce market so they can pass on the information to our customers.

Within the Seasonal Information section of our site we offer you Seasonal Recipes from our in-house development chef, Laurence Tottingham. The recipes combine the fantastic produce available from Oliver Kay, with other delicious ingredients such as fish and meat to create whole dishes suitable for inclusion on menu's wishing to offer locally sourced, fresh food.

Our Crop Report is put together each month, with info from our fresh buyers along with updates from the dry goods and dairy team. We research the market, contacting growers and suppliers to find the latest products, trends and what produce is in abundance each month.

The Seasonal Products section highlights individual products of interest which are in season. Many of the products may be lesser known or on trend and offer excellent possibilities for use in menus as ingredients and for decoration.

SOSA ingredients are a range of products offering chefs the ability to create textures, flavours, and aromas. We offer SOSA Demonstrations and training for our customers.
