The Oliver Kay National Vegan Dish of the Year 2020
An exciting new national chef competition to find the UK’s best new vegan recipe. Your customers expect a wider choice of vegan and plant-based menu choices when eating out. It’s time for chefs to step up and show what you can do.

Prizes include:
- A VIP city visit for two including a hotel stay and a meal at a leading vegan restaurant
- Vegan produce hampers for all shortlisted finalists
- A national marketing campaign to promote the winning recipe
Shortlisted chefs will be invited to prepare their dish for a panel of industry judges in our Development Kitchen in Bolton.
Recipes should be original, with strong customer appeal and profit potential, and should include an element of protein. The rest is up to you!
